It is the philosophy of COOW to develop such projects which are financially viable on their own and do not have to depend on grants and external funding. COOW in combination of its own resources, and with the assistance of its partners will bring down the cost to make it economically viable. These projects will generate enough income, that leaves enough resources after paying its investors to enhance its capacity to expand its operations in the areas which are less economically viable but more socially valuable.
